Lifestyle holds a 2-year warranty on selected products (see product pages) and a 5-year warranty on its Enders Range.

Our delivery times are 2-3 days for parcels and 3-4 days for pallets. Get in touch if you require more information or need help with an order!

All claims for goods that arrive damaged or appear to be at the manufacturer’s fault instances must be reported to our team within 7 days of receipt.

All products that appear to arrive with defects and or damaged packages must not be signed for.

Next working day delivery is available for dropship orders when possible, as standard we provide delivery within 2 working days. Palletized deliveries in the UK mainland take around 3-4 working days, and in the event of unforeseen delays, our aim is to contact you as soon as possible. Deliveries are usually made Monday – Friday however weekend deliveries can be arranged.

Yes, Lifestyle understands that over time parts may need to be replaced or replenished. The Lifestyle Team carries a comprehensive range of stock in our warehouse for the majority of our appliances, both old and new!
